Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to hygiene standards and the nature of our products (body jewelry, piercings), we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to  nancykamehpiercing@gmail.com

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t shipped yet. Contact us at nancykamehpiercing@gmail.com
